Please call for shipping charges. We will have to check with the freight company to get you an accurate rate.
Canadian customers please call for shipping charges as well, most of the time these are fairly reasonable and we will help in paying for these. Please note that you will also need to pay customs duty and handling fees, these are for your account.
Shipping companies deliver to your front door. They do not carry the bed upstairs or help set the bed up. If you notice damage to or footprints on the carton the bed is packed in, it is your responsibility to note it on the delivery receipt. If you fail to do so, we can not guarantee replacement of the bed in case there is damage.
Please inspect your Celtic Beds delivery shipment before signing the driver's release. By signing the release, you are accepting the goods in their current condition.
If you notice that the goods
are damaged, you should make sure that the delivery notice states
the damage. If the damage is very bad and obvious, you should refuse
the shipment. You can then call us to go over the damage and we will
contact the trucking company and take whatever action is needed to
get the problem solved.
When the bed of your choice is in stock, we will ship within the week after receiving your payment, in most cases, if we can manage, it will go out in the next day or two.
Please provide your phone number when placing your order, so that the trucking company can contact you for a delivery appointment.
On the occasion that we do not have your bed in stock, we will contact you with a few options. Such as waiting for our next shipment to arrive (we will take a deposit), suggesting a different size, color or a different model all together.
In any case we will contact you to confirm your order, your address and the best possible delivery date and time.
You will receive the name of the trucking company, their contact and routing numbers. Trucking companies estimate their delivery times. Most of the time they are right on the money but sometimes stuff happens.
Almost anything is done to get the bed to you in a timely and efficient matter.
We do accept exchanges and do not charge a restocking fee. If you need an exchange, we will help you set this up so that the exchange can happen during the same visit from the trucking company. You will be responsible for the freight going to you and the freight for the bed coming back to us.
